Our application process is one of the most stringent in the industry.  We have over 500 assessments available covering all skill sets in addition to behavioral assessments to aid in making appropriate placements the first time.

Bass Staffing's process also includes face to face interviews with our recruiters, face to face behavioral interviewing, a minimum of two professional references, a safety evaluation, as well as a detailed orientation describing our client's and our expectations. 
All of our pre employment screening such as criminal background checks and drug testing is administered during the pre employment process. Despite being thorough Bass Staffing's cost of service is the lowest in the area.

Temporary Staffing
Bass Staffing is not your average employment agency.
Temporary staffing arrangements can be made for the day or throughout the year. For on-going placements we can even provide on-site management. We are able to place in most jobs codes. We service a wide range of skill sets. 

Temporary to Hire
Bass Staffing provides you a convenient option to monitor an employee’s performance on-site before making any hiring decisions. You may hire the employee after 90 days without paying a "turnover fee."
You ensure that employee is a good fit within your company’s culture and department.

Direct Placements
Bass Staffing will find the right candidates for your critical openings where long term employment is essential.  We know how to reach select candidates so our search for the right  fit isn't cluttered by unqualified applicants. For specialized placements we ask for minimum of 30 days with preferred lead time of 90 days so we are able assess candidates using our state-of-the-art passive behavior assessments.

On-Site Management
Bass Staffing offers on-site management for those larger volume temporary workforce accounts.
On-site management is to ensure the seamless intergration of your temporary workforce.
Management will train, discipline and account for the temporary workforce following your company policies.
